The following is a summary of the key ideas for each energy session, presented in chronological order, beginning with the first energy session conducted over the internet in December, 2007;

12/11: Using the internet to join together reflects what is happening on other levels. Much communication is possible when one is tuned in and connected. Your energy field is an integral part of yourself and is connected to your spirit. [Audio file (begins in progress)] [Transcript]

12/13: Shifting the dominant energy on Earth and beyond is a slow, gentle, uplifting process. Each being/Spirit will feel a shift, a connection. The mind may be the last part to realize what is happening. Stay with your fundamental energy. [Audio file (begins in progress)] [Transcript]

12/14: Remember this field, use it to feel the connections. Take responsibility for your energy, thoughts, and decisions. You and the Earth have great potential waiting to be activated and utilized. You are not alone. [Audio file] [Transcript]

12/16: More are joining us, on- and off-planet. Experiencing life through energy connects you to your Spirit/essence and to the essence of all. Telepathy and psychic experiences increase. 12/17: The internet is having an effect. Many energy centers are opened. A nourishment comes from living in a strengthened field. A sense of upliftment comes when one's personal energy system is energized. More is possible with a strong foundation.[Audio file] [Transcript]

12/18: Sensing this field throughout the day will keep you in balance. The challenge is the mind. It decides what to do, think, and say. Call on your guidance, your Spirit, to assist. 12/20: We are affecting the internet and so we have a dual path -- one on the internet and one through space. We are connecting to all; however, not every creation is able to resonate. As more creations step it up, the influence will be greater. [Audio file] [Transcript]

12/23: As the energy becomes more familiar, it becomes your natural state, enabling you to use more of your abilities. The mind is more conscious of the oneness. It thinks bigger and set broader intents. Increasing this energy creates a different world.[Audio file] [Transcript]

12/27: Our Spirits are connected. Remember the energy as you live your daily lives. Resonating more with this field brings closer connections. We are bringing our own consciousness into this field, providing a kind of awakening. [Audio file] [Transcript]

12/28: As you sense this energy during the day or night, think about your life from another perspective (not just 3D). You create every moment with your thoughts, energy, words, and deeds. 12/31: This process continues even when we do not connect formally. The more you participate, the more you will experience this field throughout the day and night. This field carries information (thoughts, visions). Know we are all connected and accessible. 1/1: You have a knowingness of your fundamental self and your kinship to the whole. As we strengthen your reality, the worlds shift. Creations awaken on deep levels. 1/3: This energy strengthens a bit more each day. This carries over to other species, to other creations, even inanimate creations. You are a part of a much bigger picture than you ever imagined. 1/4: This field permeates all creation, encourages resonance with your core being. It brings rejuvenation, insights, guidance. You may sense vibrations, energy centers being activated, visions, a sense of light. You may intend to use your inner senses. You may be surprised at what you can perceive through this field. 1/5: More creations are connecting to this field, resonating from within, affecting other creations around them. Your Earth itself is shifting, rejuvenating. 1/7: Resonance gives greater knowingnesses and understandings. The others are a part of the oneness, a part of ourselves. More light is occurring in this field. 1/21: It is important to integrate this field into your awareness. Immersed in the 3D, you forget other levels of existence. 1/22: Part of your identity is your energy field. As you increase this energy, your energy field changes, moves out and resonates with other fields. Who you think you are changes. 1/23: This process develops your potential, brings a more conscious life, and expands your inner, outer, and intuitive senses. You are recreating yourselves and developing new ways of living. 1/24: Repetition facilitates transformation. We feel the energy a bit more, use it a bit more, hold it a bit longer, remember it more frequently. 1/25: The more you experience this field, the easier it is to access it. The balance is shifting as you use this energy more as your dominant energy. 2/1: This field has become a very coherent, harmonious, uplifting field supporting all of creation. Fundamental energy is the language. Tuning in to the language of intuitive sensings, understandings, and flowings will help one maintain balance in one's life. [Audio file] [Transcript]

2/2: This process helps you access your spirit. The 3D world grabs your attention and makes it hard to focus on spirit/energy. Part of this process is to turn this around, to have it be easier to find one's spirit, which is where your primary focus needs to be. [Audio file] [Transcript]

2/3: Breathing this energy into your lives, you move away from past patterns and build new ones, creating a more mature, inspired, enlightened, enhanced life. Your Spirit becomes a guiding light. [Audio file] [Transcript]

2/7: Stretch from a personal, to a global, to a cosmic view. Think of the Earth as one and the cooperation needed for its creatures to survive. Then go into your cosmic world and beyond, into other dimensions and realities. We are all one. [Audio file] [Transcript]

2/8: Your costume is a surface identity. By effortlessly connecting with other parts of creation (solid or not, incarnated or not, human or not), you will learn and develop more of your abilities. [Audio file] [Transcript]

2/9: This field in not limited in time, space, or structure. It is all happening at once, everywhere. Underneath any resistance it is still slowly increasing, although not to the point of conscious recognition...yet! [Audio file] [Transcript]

2/10: Feeling immersed in this energy allows you to access your spirit more. Every activity is a vehicle for sending this energy out into your world and beyond. You have an affect. You can assist the whole. [Audio file] [Transcript]
