Energy Building Messages

The table below contains the energy-building messages for February, 2008. Two files are available for each session:

An audio file of the message from The Ones (column 2); and
A transcript of the message from The Ones and some integrating discussion after the meditation (column 3).

You can either listen to the audio file, read the transcript, or both. Microsoft Word is required to read the transcripts. A brief summary of the key ideas for each day's session (if available) is given in column 4.

Feb 28	Audio file	Transcript	We are intending to have a face-to-face with you and others, depending upon their evolution, building a foundation for a cosmic kind of human existence. Your collective consciousness will gain understanding of a positive relationship.
Feb 26	Audio file	Transcript	You are never alone. It is not even possible. You are ultimately connected to every other creation, It is beyond words, an awesome. euphoric, unconditionally loving, sense coming, from within, strengthening you.
Feb 25	Audio file	Transcript	As we continue this acceleration of energy realities become less dense, our Spirit integrates, connections are easily made in this more conscious, fluid, state, to allow ideas, words, movement of the body to flow at home or away.
Feb 24	Audio file	Transcript	We are feeding our worlds. If you picture yourselves as a guided energy field and your world a molecular, energetic, state, you see the effect. In developing inner senses you feel connections bringing you more unconditional love energy.
Feb 22	Audio file	Transcript	It is possible, to be able to sense all that is and a minute part of what is, because there is no separation. It is like a language of energy will speak to you, and you will understand where your focus is and sense meanings in a variety of energies.
Feb 21	Audio file	Transcript	The outside and inside will be perceived more continuously. You still exist as a particular part of the oneness and you exist as a very interconnected part. Nothing will seem far away, for energetically, it is within reach..
Feb 19	Audio file	Transcript	We are connected, flowing our energy fields, our thoughts together. Our minds focus on words, yet the energy keeps building. When you read or hear these words the energy will still be there. It is intermixed.
Feb 15	Audio file	Transcript	The time is coming for a more "oneness" kind of life, a step toward sensing the whole oneness, personality will shift, life will be enhanced, intriguing possibilities will open.
Feb 14	Audio file	Transcript	We are creating ourselves and the whole simultaneously. The development of the whole is dependent upon our smaller personal developments.
Feb 12	Audio file	Transcript	Strengthening ourselves strengthens our worlds. As your world strengthens, it comes back to you and you become stronger. Others will sense it too, desire it, and experience it. These energies are very compatible with the core of each creation.
Feb 11	Audio file	Transcript	As we connect our energy fields, we are shifting our bodies, our minds, and integrating our Spirits more. You become more the creation you were originally designed to be.
Feb 10	Audio file	Transcript	Feeling immersed in this energy allows you to access your spirit more. Every activity is a vehicle for sending this energy out into your world and beyond. You have an affect. You can assist the whole.
Feb 9	Audio file	Transcript	This field in not limited in time, space, or structure. It is all happening at once, everywhere. Underneath any resistance it is still slowly increasing, although not to the point of conscious recognition...yet!
Feb 8	Audio file	Transcript	Your costume is a surface identity. By effortlessly connecting with other parts of creation (solid or not, incarnated or not, human or not), you will learn and develop more of your abilities.
Feb 7	Audio file	Transcript	Stretch from a personal, to a global, to a cosmic view. Think of the Earth as one and the cooperation needed for its creatures to survive. Then go into your cosmic world and beyond, into other dimensions and realities. We are all one.
Feb 5	Audio file	Transcript	With intent and desire, one can change one's world. These energies mesh and resonate as various notes in a chord. You stretch into a greater being. Live your life with these greater understandings.
Feb 4	Audio file	Transcript	This process gives creation a boost. As we do it regularly, it becomes a more familiar part of our lives that we can easily blend with as we do our other activities.
Feb 3	Audio file	Transcript	Breathing this energy into your lives, you move away from past patterns and build new ones, creating a more mature, inspired, enlightened, enhanced life. Your Spirit becomes a guiding light.
Feb 2	Audio file	Transcript	This process helps you access your spirit. The 3D world grabs your attention and makes it hard to focus on spirit/energy. Part of this process is to turn this around, to have it be easier to find one's spirit, which is where your primary focus needs to be.
Feb 1	Audio file	Transcript	This field has become a very coherent, harmonious, uplifting field supporting all of creation. Fundamental energy is the language. Tuning in to the language of intuitive sensings, understandings, and flowings will help one maintain balance in one's life.
