Energy Building Messages

The table below contains the energy-building messages for April, 2008. Two files are available for each session:

An audio file of the message from The Ones (column 2); and
A transcript of the message from The Ones and some integrating discussion after the meditation (column 3).

You can either listen to the audio file, read the transcript, or both. Microsoft Word is required to read the transcripts. A brief summary of the key ideas for each day's session (if available) is given in column 4.

April 27	Audio file	Transcript	One’s identity shifts. your greater identity is emerging into this 3D reality, and as it strengthens, another identity emerges with less separation from other creations, more closely tied to the oneness. You are creating more awareness in yourselves about your many selves.
April 26	Audio file	Transcript	We support each creation in regaining itself, in being a creator, for each creation can create, ideally for the best benefit of all. It is not that creation has been created. It is creating, ongoing. Even though, we do not have multitudes joining us formally, they join us informally. We are jumpstarting each other.
April 25	Audio file	Transcript	We blend our energies, intents, together in this uplifting, manner.. We gain as you gain. There is always another threshold to move past. It is the model of a progression. You may feel as though you do not know what you are doing. With practice you become comfortable with these in-between states.
April 24	Audio file	Transcript	We are learning to breathe with this resonance, a common breath. Dimensions are intermixed, available. Our consciousness can expand into our energy field and into other fields. In 3D, one can focus on particular abilities and utilize them in a bigger picture, not just for a small part. You play a dual role.
April 22	Audio file	Transcript	This activity can be strengthened with a remembrance, an intent, to stay with it consciously. You will slow down and flow through activities, having time for guidance to assist in your activities. What is happening is happening on a more intuitive level.

April 20	Audio file	Transcript	We have blended our personal generation of this energy together in a fine resonance It expands within every part of our physical being, We are entering a new phase of our lives, a personal transformation of many behavior patterns, a more conscious phase of existence.
April 18	Audio file	Transcript	We have finished our jump-starting phase of this process, creating something like a never-ending energy field. It nourishes us, as we then give back to it. This is the exponential effect. As you place yourself as part of the whole, rather than the part in the whole, you gain the most.
April 15	Audio file	Transcript	We sense a jump in this energy field soon to assist you. Believe in your creative abilities, visions. You are becoming more empowered. Choose your perspective, how you interact with your world. Patience, understanding, compassion are important.
April 14	Audio file	Transcript	Knowing you are connected to all gives you a bigger perspective on your life and the responsibility of how you live your life, what energies you are generating, what you are giving to yourself and others. One has an identity beyond Spirit -- the identity of the whole, which you can sense. Understand your relationship to yourself, Spirit, soul group, teammates, the oneness, and the source.
April 11	Audio file	Transcript	One’s physical being functions better; your Spirit can more easily flow into your whole being. One’s thoughts can jumpstart others. You can tell so much by how you feel. Is it flowing or tense? Are you flexible or attached? Being aware of where you are is an important part of this process.
April 10	Audio file	Transcript	Summoning contact. There are many types of beings with a variety of abilities, histories, purposes. Focus on the type of interaction you desire. Intend to contact beings who share some common purposes for the best benefit of all, combining your particular gifts that will support your purpose in life.
April 8	Audio file	Transcript	One can focus on the outgoing sending of this energy or the incoming energy, information, good ideas. Both bring us closer to experiencing more of the oneness that we are a part of. You are learning to function as a very connected being, not just a human being. We really are all one.
April 7	Audio file	Transcript	Practice what you have learned. Your breakthroughs will assist others. You are connected in thought, in energy, in Spirit, in fundamental ways. Steps back are helpful. They provide a contrast, a remembering of where you have been and how far you have come, as well as a new commitment.
April 6	Audio file	Transcript	The field is creating more possibilities and abilities that can facilitate all of creation. It has a life of its own and it has creative abilities. We are enlivening so many creations, including ourselves. This energy connects us to each other and to our source. It is profound.
April 5	Audio file	Transcript	Stretching will bring a new life that is wiser, clearer, creative, compassionate, connected. You will not be so blocked or troubled by small emotions and fears. You will know your bigger identity, your Spirit, and the small emotions will fade. This Spirit identity will then stretch into a more collective identity.
April 4	Audio file	Transcript	Stepping up the generation of this energy will give your life a new purpose and facilitate growth. You are an energy being and are very connected at these levels. Your inner eyes can see it. Integrating these parts of yourselves will facilitate a new way of living.
April 3	Audio file	Transcript	Creation has been buried under energies and intents that have not been for the best benefit of all. Ignorance of this energy brings chaos. Patterns repeat as one fights for survival. Competition dominates. We are shifting these patterns into new ones.
April 1	Audio file	Transcript	Becoming more aware of this energy brings us closer to our Spirit, strengthening connections from Spirit to Spirit and creating teams of Spirits, of energy fields, of incarnated being, of various creations working together. Worlds are changing.
