Energy Building Messages

The table below contains the energy-building messages for September, 2008. Two files are available for each session:

An audio file of the message from The Ones (column 2); and
A transcript of the message from The Ones and some integrating discussion after the meditation (column 3).

You can either listen to the audio file, read the transcript, or both. Microsoft Word is required to read the transcripts. A brief summary of the key ideas for each day's session (if available) is given in column 4 .

Sept 30	Audio file	Transcript	3D matter is really not so separated from energy, from the rest of creation. It is just that it appears that way. To connect the tangible with the somewhat intangible brings about a more natural state of creation.
Sept 29	Audio file	Transcript	You can sense your world energetically on some levels. sense small emotions, sense of fundamental energy - the basis of creation, sense light, sound, sense that which goes beyond the 3rd dimension.
Sept 28	Audio file	Transcript	You are building a stronger inner world which in turn assists the building of a stronger outer world, so we are very much a part of a group activity, ultimately an activity engaging all creations.
Sept 27	Audio file	Transcript	You cannot give this process lip-service and expect much. It develops from deeply inside and merges with outward parts incorporating more fundamental energy creating yourselves as less dense beings, more unconditionally loving.
Sept 26	Audio file	Transcript	We assist the creation of a more peaceful world, more peaceful universe, and beyond. One has an effect because, it is all connected, all one. There is a resonance that is created that assists each creation in strengthening itself
Sept 23	Audio file	Transcript	It is up to each creation how they will utilize this energy. It is a turning point to leave patterns no longer supporting life, and open doors, possibilities, with a sense of upliftment, confidence. Life takes on more meaning,
Sept 22	Audio file	Transcript	You are always generating this energy, a natural state. We are strengthening your inner world through this energy. You have many parts to your being, not developing at the same rate, we attempt to not leave any behind.
Sept 21	Audio file	Transcript	You are reworking your lives through this process, building new ways of living and repeatedly reinforcing them so they become strong. It takes energy, repetition, to keep this process going.
Sept 19	Audio file	Transcript	Maintain your sense of compassion for others who have not realized the greater truths that we share. Have experiences on many levels, 3D body/mind world, and a spiritual level.
Sept 18	Audio file	Transcript	To function as body - generating this energy, mind - intending to generate for the best benefit of all, and Spirit to assist overall, you have partnership within yourselves, and with others involved in this similar goals.
Sept 16	Audio file	Transcript	You are creating another identity for yourselves, very connected to other creations who also are on this path. This process affects many other creations, the need is great. Your world is in distress.
Sept 15	Audio file	Transcript	By considering the whole you give yourselves the greatest consideration. you gain the most growth, the deepest insights, and can generate the most unconditional love for the best benefit of all.
Sept 12	Audio file	Transcript	There is an increase in this fundamental energy by many creations, some human, some not, large, small, animate, inanimate creations, all resonating a bit more in tune with one another.
Sept 11	Audio file	Transcript	A kind of inner enlightenment is building through this fundamental network. by-passing your media, going direct. You are gaining understandings from various parts of existence.
Sept 9	Audio file	Transcript	Your world will not become two worlds, it will reconnect. We continue strengthening this resonance, strengthening each creation, from the inside out, and moving toward that which will be for the best benefit of all.
Sept 8	Audio file	Transcript	A Spiritual component is what has been lacking in your world. When we add this in, your world will change. This field is an invitation to each creation that it touches to strengthen itself.
Sept 7	Audio file	Transcript	This energy is facilitating new creations for your world. On the other hand there are creations that are struggling to maintain their control, which is not for the best benefit of all. They are dying almost –self-destructing.
Sept 6	Audio file	Transcript	This field is part of us, is a creative force yet does not “force” anything. We progress perhaps like a fractal. This life is a great opportunity. Not all lives will give you this, so we encourage you to participate, to not drift.
Sept 5	Audio file	Transcript	We perceive this field on this inside and the outside. There is no real separation. We are immersed in this field. Our home base is in this field, in this energy, in this unconditional love.
Sept. 2	Audio file (faint)	Transcript	This field is maintaining itself from day to day in a more even, calm place. It is vast. We connect to this and the vastness within ourselves, integrating both into our daily life, our Spirit’s usual way of functioning.
