Energy Building Messages

The table below contains the energy-building messages for January, 2009. Two files are available for each session:

An audio file of the message from The Ones (column 2); and
A transcript of the message from The Ones and some integrating discussion after the meditation (column 3).

You can either listen to the audio file, read the transcript, or both. Microsoft Word is required to read the transcripts. A brief summary of the key ideas for each day's session (if available) is given in column 4.

Jan 31	Audio file	Transcript	It is more than one world that is transforming, and this is part of your world’s life purpose – to utilize its ability to generate this fundamental energy, to send it, to assist other worlds. It is part of our life’s purpose as well.
Jan 30	Audio file	Transcript	This group energy field is embracing your world, a mild effect for some, for others it may be a re-awakening to that which has been buried within. One may be in a state like floating, being, supporting oneself, others, the whole.
Jan 29	Audio file	Transcript	Your sense of your physical being will change, not be so surface, more energetic, flowing, interacting with other flowing energies, fluid, relaxed, less protective, less defensive, having a strengthened secure inner feeling.
Jan 28	Audio file	Transcript	You have a contrast of the outer world …bouncing around, and the inner world flowing, growing and strengthening. They are meeting on a regular basis, and the inner world becomes more of the outer world as these resonances strengthen.
Jan 26	Audio file	Transcript	We can sense this strengthening within, we can think, reason, intuit better. It is \a natural way of life. As we do this meditation each day, we have a cumulative effect, not a repetition each day. It is developing, broader, more inclusive.

Jan 20	Audio file	Transcript	Having more participation in your society is going to be a change from feeling disempowered to feeling empowered, connected, cared about, and more caring for others, a multifaceted process, each facet jumpstarting another.
Jan 18	Audio file	Transcript	We have encouraged you because, as we have said, your Earth, your Earthly world, affects other worlds. You, your personal worlds, are also affecting other worlds. You do have an effect. You do make a difference.

Jan 13	Audio file	Transcript	What we are involved with is exercising, more parts of your mind, your body, that are not so active. As these strengthenings occur a transformation develops, subtle, initially, then there is a strengthening of this way of life.

Jan 10	Audio file	Transcript	We could say you are not who you think you are. That is not entirely true, for part of you is who you think you are. You are ever changing, a mixture with many potentials. Those you think you understand are a great deal more.
Jan 9	Audio file	Transcript	There is an expansion throughout existence, not just in space, but in depth. One might think of a big bang starting motion going. From our viewpoint motion is more of an “ebb-and-flow” rather than a “start-and-stop” always present.

Jan 6	Audio file	Transcript	This foundation connects one to being part of one’s personal soul group team, other teams, the whole oneness team. One has a sense of security, confidence, hope, mutual support, receiving good ideas, giving good ideas.
Jan 5	Audio file	Transcript	We flow with this energy field on the inside and outside giving us a sense of our core identity, of peace, calm, oneness, enabling us to live a 3D life in a more relaxed, flexible, unconditionally loving manner.
Jan 4	Audio file	Transcript	Distance does not matter. These fields can easily connect and resonate together. They carry information, a communications network, an energizing network, in words and other ways, light, sound, visions, intuitions.
Jan 3	Audio file	Transcript	In this New Year there will be a greater exchange of information, a sense of an Earthly community. Consideration will be given from various cultures, various talents for the whole world to solve world concerns.
