The table below contains the energy-building messages for March, 2009. Two files are available for each session:
- An audio file of the message from The Ones (column 2); and
- A transcript of the message from The Ones and some integrating discussion after the meditation
(column 3).
You can either listen to the audio file, read the transcript, or both.

| Mar 31 | | | Our intuitive sensing of that which is beyond
troubled worlds is flowing, is developing, is holding its own, a very foundation behind most creations. It is a matter of
allowing stronger connections and resonances. | Mar 30 | | | We are in this grand process of assisting
overall development in the Oneness. You might feel this is a grand goal; on the other hand it cannot be any other way, since
we are all connected, all a part of the Oneness. | Mar 29 | | | In each creative moment of our lives we contribute
to ourselves and our world. Your inner world is your ticket to your survival. As this energy flows through you, you function

developments each day, one becomes more empowered, talents expand and deepen, connection to guidance, to Spirit, increases
and becomes more a part of daily life. | Mar 10 | | | Telepathy is an assist in understanding connectedness,
for you tune into thoughts not spoken, to messages that aren’t articulated, but intended, and communication is improved,
closeness, and mutual support increase. | Mar 9 | | | You have gained a bigger identity; a greater
understanding of your connection to other creations, and the Oneness. Your conscious mind gains understanding of who you are,
as an individual and as part of the whole. | Mar 8 | | | We attempt to combine the inner state and
the outer state. Maintaining a peaceful, loving state, while in a meditative orientation is one thing, to maintain it, to
some degree, while interacting in other activities is another. | Mar 7 | | | This ongoing intent to strengthen fundamental
energy, gives us a backbone from which to move into this 3D world, a coordinated working together rather than a sporatic,

6 | | | This energy is like a tuning up, bringing
more awareness of our Spirit, assisting both the mind and body. Thoughts, small emotions, physical reactions, produced are
of a different quality more in sync with one another. | Mar 5 | | | This path is a focus bringing all aspects
of creation together, appreciating their variations, and the variations in collectives of creation. It promotes individuality,
that \each creation is encouraged to develop in its own way. | Mar 3 | | | Your world on the one hand looks as though
everything is falling apart, on the other, it looks as though there are new beginnings, possibilities, openings for creating
a world that is for the best benefit of all. | Mar 2 | | | A movement is occurring going as fast as creations
can handle it - the strongest way to develop inner strengths, not forced, cultivated from within, our basic communication
system, not wires or electronics. | Mar
1 | | | This is an opportunity for change, to assist
your challenged world. Remember your intents, visions, hold them in your mind, move toward them regardless of where others
